Umamy is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Trade and Companies Registry of Bayonne under number 943 894 360. Its registered office is located at 11 Hameau du Reptou, 64200 Biarritz, France. Umamy can be contacted at the following email address: [email protected]
Umamy operates an AI-powered recruitment platform (the "Platform") offering its clients (the "Clients") a service designed to optimize the sourcing of qualified candidates — combining expert human judgment with artificial intelligence to deliver hand-picked shortlists of candidates matching the Client's criteria (the "Services").
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute the sole document governing the contractual relationship between Umamy and the Client. They define the conditions of use of the Services and the respective obligations of the parties. The Client may access them via a direct link at the bottom of the Platform. The Client accepts the Terms by checking a box on the registration form. These Terms may be supplemented by specific conditions which, in the event of conflict, prevail over these general terms.
(i) The Client is a legal entity acting through an individual who has the power or authority to enter into a contract on its behalf and for its account.
(ii) The Client is a professional, defined as any natural or legal person acting for purposes relating to their commercial, industrial, craft, professional, or agricultural activity, including when acting on behalf of another professional.
To access the Services, the Client may contact Umamy by any appropriate means, including at the address mentioned in Article 1, to discuss the Services they wish to subscribe to. The Client will provide Umamy with all information relevant to their needs.
Umamy reserves the right to refuse any subscription request if the Client does not meet the conditions set out in Article 4, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
Following these discussions, Umamy will send the Client an email link to access the Services directly online. To subscribe, the Client must complete the registration form provided in the link. Registration automatically creates an account in the Client's name (the "Account"), which allows access to the Services using a username and password.
Once the Account is created, the Client may create access for users (the "Users") up to the number specified in the subscribed Services. The Client is solely responsible for creating User access, defining their access rights, and their personal use of the Platform.
