Key Features

1. Link Hunts to ATS Jobs

Connect any Umamy hunt directly to a specific job posting in your ATS. This creates a bridge between your sourcing efforts and your existing recruitment pipeline.

How it works:

• Select your connected ATS from the dropdown
• Choose the job posting you want to link
• All candidate activity for this hunt will now be associated with that job

2. Smart Ignore List

Avoid contacting candidates who are already in your recruitment pipeline. This prevents awkward duplicate outreach and respects candidates who have already applied or been contacted.

Configuration options:

• Don't contact existing candidates: Enable this to automatically skip anyone already in your ATS for the linked job
• Ignore specific stages: Fine-tune which pipeline stages to ignore (e.g., skip candidates in "Reviewing" but contact those who were "Rejected" months ago)

Available pipeline stages:
